TheBetterRichTextEditor.MAUI

A .NET MAUI rich text editor control built on HybridWebView and Quill.js.

Designed to avoid the WebView lifecycle races that plague other MAUI rich text editors — all JavaScript calls are gated on the editor's EditorReady signal, so the control will not crash with PlatformView cannot be null here even under aggressive open/close patterns.
